As Assistant Superintendent, he implemented programs that accelerated learning, closed opportunity gaps, and increased college matriculation. A passionate educator, he has taught collegiate courses to develop future school leaders. Dr. Lehan holds a doctorate in education, is a local business owner and entrepreneur, and serves on the board of the University of Minnesota Foundation. Proficient in both public and private school landscapes, he currently oversees ten sites with Fusion Education Group as well as having served as head of school for IMG Academy.

Tiago Campos is a passionate and highly experienced coach specializing in the development of motor and cognitive skills in athletes while identifying and nurturing new talent. With more than 15 years of experience teaching Physical Education and over 20 years playing and coaching volleyball, Tiago brings a deep understanding of athlete development across all ages and skill levels. He has coached children as young as seven through adults, from beginners to advanced competitors, including both indoor and beach volleyball. A former professional volleyball player, Tiago represented his city and state in Brazil and competed at some of the highest levels of the sport. He holds a Master’s degree in Physical Education from Notre Dame University of Campinas, São Paulo, and draws from a rich background that includes collegiate sports study and ownership of his own fitness center.
Volleyball is at the core of Tiago’s identity, and he is deeply committed to sharing his passion with every athlete he mentors. He believes physical activity is a powerful vehicle for developing discipline, resilience, interpersonal skills, and life confidence within a structured and supportive environment. His philosophy is shaped by decades of firsthand experience as an athlete and coach, including professional stints with Clube Guarani, Olympikus Telesp, Clube Fonte São Paulo, and Melhoramentos Volleyball Club. In addition to his volleyball expertise, Tiago is a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which enhances his ability to teach mental toughness, calmness under pressure, and resilience in challenging situations. Known for his strategic mindset and athlete-first approach, Tiago continues to leave a lasting impact on the volleyball community and beyond.

Mazeika, a native of Houston, began coaching men’s gymnastics in 1984 and has served on the National Team Coaching Staff since 1988. He has coached at more than 35 international competitions and has been head or assistant coach at 15 international team events.

While he was serving as head coach, the U.S. Men’s Team recorded some of the USA’s most successful performances in recent history. For the first time, the U.S. men won team medals in back-to-back Olympic Games – silver in 2004 and bronze in 2008, representing the U.S. men’s best Olympic team finishes since they won the team gold medal in 1984. 2004 was the men’s first team medal in a non-boycotted Olympics since 1932.
Mazeika also was the head coach for the 2007, 2003, and 2001 World Championships teams. The U.S. men earned the team silver medal at both the 2001 and 2003 World Championships. Prior to 2001, the men had not won a world team medal since 1979.
Mazeika, who was named the U.S. men’s national team coordinator in December 2009, was the men’s program manager at the Houston Gymnastics Academy and owner of Mazeika’s Elite Gymnastics. He was the personal coach of two Olympians, seven World Championship team members, a world champion, nine World Cup medalists, 52 national team members, and 33 national champions.

Joe is a football legacy in Manatee County having founded East Manatee Club Football, coached several Manatee County high schools to state championships and coaching many players up through the NCAA and NFL who he still stays connected to today. Joe is well-networked within collegiate and professional football leagues and continues to progress the game in Southwest Florida.
